Totally Behind

So........before I took a face plant in the middle of my living room, life was pretty hectic. Here's a quick recap of "life prior to face plant". :-)


First of all......I learned a VERY valuable lesson. Don't ever send a dad and his 2 year old daughter to the toy store together. This is what ends up in your living room as a result! Oh Jim!





Kaitlin is still trying to walk......she's truly the MASTER of the face plant. BUT she just bounces back a lot better than her dear old mom!











My Mom (Grammy) and Papa Floyd came out to visit for Merrick's 1st B-day party and boy did Kell and Kait just eat up all that attention.








While Grammy and Papa Floyd were here it was REALLY hot (triple digits), so we headed to the park, enjoyed popsicles with cousins, and just plain chilled out.

And as you already know, my littlest nephew Merrick turned 1 years old, and in true Lisa form....she threw quite the celebration. She literally turned her back yard into an all out carnival with cotton candy, snow cones, funnel cakes and hot dogs. I wouldn't have been surprised if Elephants and tigers appeared out of the garage! As you can see, the kids LOOOOVED all the sugar and luckily, it was hot enough to open the pool and work off that sugar high. That part wasn't really planned but it worked out well!











Kellyn has come a long conquering her fear of the "slide". Now she's addicted!

Ok.......that's it!

My f/up appt is tomorrow morning with the plastic surgeon. Wish us luck!
